Getting help
How to contact support or send feedback from inside the app, and how to follow up on a request.
Can't find the answer here? Our team is happy to help, and the quickest way to reach us is from inside the app.
Contact support#
- Open the ☰ menu (top-left) and choose Support near the bottom. Inside an adventure, tap the cover image to open Now playing and choose Support there.
- The Contact Support form opens. Add a short Subject and describe the problem in Details — what happened, and what you expected to happen.
- Press Send to Support.
You'll see "Your request has been sent. We'll notify you when our team responds."
Send feedback#
Ideas, suggestions, things you love or wish worked differently? Choose Feedback in the ☰ menu (or in Now playing), fill in the Share Feedback form and press Send Feedback. The team reads every one.
Following up on a request#
Go to Settings → View my support tickets (or press View my tickets right after sending). My Support Tickets lists everything you've sent, including passage reports and rating disputes, each marked Open or Resolved.
When a ticket is resolved, you'll get a Support ticket resolved notification in the 🔔 Social panel, and any note from the team appears on the ticket under Resolution Note.
Tickets don't have a reply thread. If you need to add something, send a new request and mention your earlier ticket's subject.
Good to know#
- You can send up to 5 support, feedback and rating-dispute requests per day.
- Response times vary depending on how many requests the team is handling.
- To report a problem with the AI's writing, it's often better to use Report under the passage itself, so we can see exactly what it wrote. See Reporting and blocking.
Before you write in#
A few quick checks that solve a lot of problems:
- The AI forgot something important? See Memory, context and the story summary and State Cards.
- Credits didn't arrive after a purchase? Give it a minute and reload the Credits page — credits are added once Stripe confirms the payment.
- "You've used your … limit"? See Usage limits.
- An adventure seems to have vanished? Check the Archived filter on the Saves page.
- Can't see a scenario a friend shared? It may be rated Mature, or private. See Content ratings and safety.
